For some years, YouTube didn’t have a way of playing videos on repeat. This proved a challenge when you wanted to listen to the audio of a song on repeat for a while like you would do on media players.
Many third party online tools and browser extensions were developed to allow users to play YouTube videos in a loop. Now you can simply make a YouTube video play on repeat without involving any third party tool or extension.
Go yo YouTube and start playing a video. Then right click inside the video and select ‘Loop’. This will play the video in a loop until you close the browser tab/window or un-select the option.
Unfortunately there’s no way to do this on the YouTube app yet. Hopefully Google is working on it together with playing YouTube videos in the background.
