Unhide Likes On Instagram
First, launch the Instagram app on your smartphone. Tap on your profile icon at the bottom right corner of the screen to go to your profile page.
On your profile page, tap the three horizontal lines (hamburger icon) at the top right corner.
Select Settings and Privacy from the menu that appears.
Under Settings and Privacy, look for and tap on Like and Share Counts.
Here, you’ll see an option labeled Hide Like and Share Counts. If this is toggled on, you will need to toggle it off to unhide likes.
After toggling off the Hide Like and Share Counts option, return to your profile and check your posts. The like counts should now be visible beneath each post. The changes you make for this option should apply to Threads as well.

For all posts, follow the steps above to unhide likes on all your posts.
To unhide your own post likes, go to your profile and find a post you had hidden likes for. Tap on it to open and select the three dots in the top-right corner of that post.
Finally, select Unhide Like Count. The like count will now be visible. You can also repeat this step for all posts who’s likes you had hidden.
